Roden Pools won 1st place in the 2008 Spring Parade of Homes for their swimming pool and spa located at 4975 S. Lake Daisy Road. The home, "The Brody" was also a 2008 Spring Parade of Homes 1st place winner and was constructed by Hedges Construction, Inc.
The pool features a large negative edge overlooking Lake Daisy, a large sun shelf, pool stools and a large oval shaped spa with a magnificant five foot wide spillway. The pool deck is finished with brick pavers and the pool and spa coping is a contrasting bullnose brick. The deck was installed by Prince Land Services and the brick was installed by Vickers Masonry, Inc. The deck features two planter areas with large palms adjacent to the pools negative edge. The entire pool deck area is screen enclosed with a mansard roof. The screen enclosure was installed by Alumitech Inc.
